Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Caytre. If you wish to return an item, please note the following:
- Restocking and Handling Fee: A flat $20 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the total of your credit for all returned items.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within [number] days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus the $20 restocking and handling fee.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
